API Capabilities

Generate

Architect creates structured models with editable parts. Sculptor produces organic forms such as characters and creatures.

Refine

Edit with text, add geometry and textures, reduce triangle counts, or rig a character.

Export

Download GLB, FBX, OBJ, STL, or USDZ for game engines, web experiences, and 3D workflows.

How It Works

  1. Authenticate

Create an API key in the Thrixel workspace under Profile > API Keys. Pass it as a Bearer token from a server or script.

  2. Track the Job

Each submission returns an ID. Poll its status or stream progress until it completes; handle failed jobs before downloading.

  3. Download the Result

Use the completed submission ID to download a model or start another refinement.

GET /api/v1/{submission_id}/info
GET /api/v1/{submission_id}/download?format=glb

Usage and Access

Operations use Thrixel Cubes. Account usage reports the balance and concurrent job limit; current operation pricing and plan limits are available in the documentation.
